  1. An application from Bluff Ridge Properties, LLC for an amendment to the preliminary plat approval of Bluff Lakes No. 5. This property consists of one parcel located on the east side of 96th Avenue, south of I-196. Parcel 70-17-30-300-024 has approximately 18.8 acres of land area. The Applicant is asking for a reduction in minimum side yard setbacks from 15 feet to 10 feet to be consistent with the existing phases of the development.

2.  Site Plan Review – Application from Long Range LLC to construct a private road on parcel #70-17-06-100-003 with five lots, located on       New Holland St., directly east of 9290 New Holland St.
